1. What is your core business?

The core business of Art Gallery Line is selling artworks, promoting, discovering and presenting the finest examples, one-of-a-kind sculptures and Georgian Contemporary Art.

2. What kind of services do you offer?

The gallery offers many services to their clientele – approval system, purchase plan, commissions, installation, exhibition mailing list, world wide delivery and cargo insurance.

3. What exhibitions are currently showing at the Gallery?

The gallery organizes trade exhibition of the works of emerging and established artists - Oil painting, Graphic, Sculpture, Enamel, Textile, Photo Art, etc.

4. How can I find out if you have a work by a particular artist in the Collection?
Please Contact Us. We will contact you as soon as possible.

5. Can you give me contact details for an artist whose work I saw on display in the Gallery?

The Gallery is unable to give out an artist's private contact details. In special circumstances, the Gallery may be able to forward your contact details to the artist or their representative for their consideration.

6. How can I pay for my order?

Art Gallery Line offers three ways of payment:
1.You can use Credit Card online
2.You can wire money to our Bank Account
3. You can pay in Cash or Credit Card directly at one of our galleries.Please link to How To Buy.

7. How can I purchase an artwork I liked?

In order to purchase the chosen artwork, you need to click BUY link below the artwork to go to Order page. Here you should fill in all form fields and click Send button to send the completed form to our email address (please, see How to Buy). Upon receipt of an email with your order, we contact you to confirm your order and discuss all details related to purchase and delivery. Upon receipt of the specified amount of money to our account, we send or deliver you the purchased artwork (please, see Delivery page). The purchased goods will be sent to any address specified by you.

8. How an artwork packed for delivery?

Packing
All works of art will be packed thoroughly before being sent to you. There is several ways safe packing:
1.The painting could be rolled or can be packed stretched, with the frame where appropriate.
2.The sculpture can be placed in a special box.
Every work of art is packed by hand in strong materials for shipment, and then carefully transported. Thus, you may be absolutely sure that your purchase will be delivered undamaged within specified terms

9. What delivery methods do you use?
Worldwide Delivery and Insurance

Art Gallery Line offers to deliver purchased artworks worldwide as well offer Insurance service while Shipment .We cooperate with leading Insurance Company GPIH and organizations providing high-quality deliveries within shortest possible terms: FedEx; DHL; TNT. The average time of delivery is around 5-10 working days.

Self-delivery

If you are visiting Georgia you can always pick your purchased art work yourself.

If you purchase a piece of art at the Art Gallery Line's Tbilisi International Airport Exhibition Space, you will have opportunity to take them with you right away; the documents for taking out of Georgia of the art work are prepared already.

10. How long does it take to get my purchase?

Your purchase shipment will be made within 48 hours from the moment the money is received by us.

11. What if my purchase arrives in damaged state?

The receiver must immediately report the damage to the shipping company, and to the sender. This is because some shipping companies have a time restriction within which such a claim can be filed for compensation. Please link to Money Back Guarantee.

12. Are the artworks presented at your site original?

All artworks presented at our site are original and created by hand, as stated and confirmed by Originality Certificate.

13. Can I get a discount, if I order several articles?

If you are interested in more than one painting, the overall price may be discounted and may warrant further negotiation.


14. I want to purchase a painting, but later. Can you reserve it for me?
Yes, we can reserve a painting for you in this case you should pay advance payment, minimum 10% maximum 30% of total price.

15. Are the art works displayed in your gallery already framed?
Click at the painting to enlarge the icon there you can find details. Some of the art works displayed in Art Gallery Line are already framed. The ones, which are unframed. We let the customer choose the frame to match their decoration. The painting can be framed at local frame shop. The flexibility is yours.

16. Can I purchase a painting without frame?

Yes you can purchase a painting without frame, but this will not change the fixed price.


17. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order, but only before we have sent your purchase. If you want to cancel your order, but a painting has been already sent, you may return it within 3 days, paying transportation and operational expenses (please, contact us at Email).

18. Will there be any import duty or taxes on my painting?
In most countries, hand-painted oil on canvas is duty free. Please contact the Customs Service in your country directly as policies may vary.
