About Alex Berdysheff

Alex Berdysheff is a talented artist known for his unique and expressive paintings. Born in Tbilisi, Georgia in 1964, he graduated from the Tbilisi State Academy of Fine Arts with a degree in Graphic Design. In 1990, he undertook a post-graduate exchange program at the Glasgow School of Art, further honing his skills and developing his artistic style.

Berdysheff’s artworks are a blend of distorted objects, pure abstract structures, and textural facets. They merge above physical and logical boundaries, uncovering the intangible tension and eternal struggle between or within all forms of matter and casting doubt on the reality of the visible.
